What we record
The audio of your interview, a written transcript, and an automated summary of your answers against our interview criteria. We also keep your name, email address and the date you took part.
Why we record it
So that our hiring managers can listen to and read every interview carefully and fairly. The AI interviewer asks the questions; it does not make any decisions.
Who sees it
Only the hiring managers at StructSpectrum. Your interview is never shared outside the company.
How long we keep it
Recordings and transcripts are deleted after 6 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time by replying to your invitation email.
